Folio Size

The 1611 printing of the KJV was only done in the large pulpit size. The first small folio or lectern edition was done in 1616. A folio printing is made by printing four pages on one sheet of paper. The paper is then folded once to produce two leaves. Folio pages are smaller than full size pages but larger than quarto pages.
