A Bible edited by Noah Webster and published in New Haven, Connecticut. Drawing on the extensive linguistic knowledge he gained while producing his dictionary, Webster updated about 400 English words whose meaning had changed since the KJV was produced in 1611. Webster was careful to stress that he was not changing the meaning of God's word, but merely updating the English usage.
